In workshop trainings for
groups, Public Dynamics™
strive toward the goals listed on the "coaching' page, but in a
setting where learning from each other is part of the experience
and fun.
Milo blends instruction,
demonstration, group experimentation and critiqued practice to
impart knowledge and applicable ideas your attendees will
act upon.
Depending on time, only a
percentage of the group might get feedback, but everyone learns in
the process. A lot of activities are designed to be done in
pairs and small groups, allowing peers to become aides in each
other's growth.
This also works well in
combination with our teambuilding work, as the two can dovetail
nicely, making the event more fun but still chock full of
learning.
