Dear Milo,

As a company that executes our own team building events, we admit we were apprehensive about stepping down and letting someone else do the work. Yet you immediately made us all feel at ease and created a very comfortable atmosphere. Your experience and talent became evident to all of us.

Each exercise was unique and proved beneficial to our group in different ways. You began with the name game, which worked out great, as a couple of our new employees were not familiar with everyone's names. The ball tossing game was highly effective in leading us to logical conclusions, such as, not throwing something at a co-worker when they are not prepared to receive it. We finished up with the game of creating "how to" strategies in pairs. We quickly learned we must work together without letting either person dominate or forcing the other to go along for the ride. Both parties had to listen and lead to succeed in this exercise.

Because of our tight time schedule, we had the abbreviated version of your program. But it didn't take long for us to realize the effectiveness of your program. In seeing what you can do in just one hour, we have confidence in recommending this remarkable experience to our clients.

Thank you,

Matt Robbins, CMP President
